Q1) Very high calibrate and not accurate when I transmitte to my UHF radio base to SW-111
A1) The frequency of SW-111 is 27MHz, it not for VHF UHF radio
Q2) Can I plug in a SMA cable on SW-111?
A2) the Antenna & TRANS connector of SW-111 is SO239, if you want to connect with a SMA cable, you need to add an adaptor
Q3) Hi SW-114 can detect SWR and watt without cable?
A3) No, without cable, you can only measure the electric field strength. If you want to measure SWR, you must have a cable.
Q4) The Surecom 111 power meter needs more instructions. What do each of the numbers on the screen mean? I need to know if my power is 5, 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60 watts?
A4) The numbers 0, 1, 2, 4, 6, 8, and 10 on the display are for checking 10W of power.
If you want to check 100W of power, simply multiply the numbers by 10. For example, 1=10, 2=20, 4=40
Q5) Do I need to buy a jumper cable for SW111 / SW114?
A5) SW-111 / SW-114 do not include any connecting cable, therefore you need to buy it
Q6) Can this be permanently left attached to the CB cable without affecting the signal?
A6) We don't suggest for long-term connection, because long-term connection may cause deviations in SWR or power readings, especially under high power or high frequency environments. Regular calibration or temporary removal of the test is recommended.
